Processing time for the shipment of our products

All orders placed before 8:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00) are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or on public holidays.

If we record a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days of transit for delivery.

In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

No shipping charges are to be expected. The price includes taxes and customs charges.

Delivery times are 10 to 12 business days depending on the country of destination.

The Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for any order placed on our site.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number or numbers.

The tracking number will be active within the following days.

Carriers

We use reliable national carriers such as Colissimo or DHL for France.

Customs, duties and taxes

No customs charges are to be expected for your orders. In rare cases, certain countries may apply taxes: it is then the customer's responsibility to make enquiries and to make the necessary arrangements.
