General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between Padel World and any customer making a purchase on the padelworld.fr website.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery is free for purchases of 79 € or more. Below this amount, shipping fees apply (see Delivery page).

Article 3 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. Padel World reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock or a clear pricing error.

Article 4 — Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication. Padel World cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Padel World extends this period to 15 days from the receipt of the order.

Article 6 — Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code.

Article 7 — Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
