Are your rackets brand new?
Yes, 100%. All our rackets are brand new and have never been used. No refurbished models.
Why are your prices lower than elsewhere?
Because it all started with one obsession: playing with the best gear without breaking the bank. We go straight to the source for the best deals — no middlemen driving prices up, no excessive margins. The result: premium rackets at a fair price. 🎾
What are the delivery times and costs?
Good news: delivery is free on all orders. Allow 10 to 12 business days to receive your racket. Times may vary during busy periods. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel until delivery. You can also track it anytime from our Track my order page or from your customer account, under “My orders”.
How do I choose the right racket?
It depends on your level and playing style. We sort our rackets by shape: round (control, ideal for improving), teardrop (versatile) and diamond (power, for attackers). Beginner? Start with our beginner selection.
Can I return a racket if it's not right for me?
Yes. You have 15 days after receipt to return an unused item, in its original packaging with the protective film intact. See our return & refund policy.
What warranty do you offer?
Quality is at the heart of our commitments. You benefit from the legal warranty against manufacturing defects. Report any quality issue and our team will take care of it.
How do I care for my padel racket?
Use a frame protector to limit impacts and store the racket in a thermal cover. Avoid exposing it to frost or heat (car trunk), which weakens the carbon and foam. In cold weather, let it return to room temperature before playing, and avoid hitting the ground or the fence: that's the leading cause of breakage.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, we deliver to many countries. Times may vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
